Direct Flashing BMS with ST-Link, any software ?

So have some strange problems, original BMS have sold blue light (not charging) with original firmware and scooter works fine, after flashing new firmware only blinks 6x red . Scooter is m365 lite 2

Have bought new controller after flashing just blinks does not work, did try to load firmware from this scooter BMS but then its dead, when is reflashed with firmware from link /\ just blinks red. Any one have other BMS firmware ?

Attaching this strange firmware that has solid blue led and works but not charging for investigating. marked as "lite"
