Optimize the cruise control funtion on Mi Electric Scooter 1S/Pro2/Essential
According to EN 17128:2020, when the riding speed is <=3km/h, the motor cannot accelerate.
According to EN 17128:2020, the max speed of pedestrian mode is adjusted to 5km/h.
For Mi Electric Scooter product 1S/Pro2/Essential German version (under eKFV regulations):
in walking mode, both headlight and the tail light stay on.
Battery sleep function: Currently the nattery level is less than 30% and the scooter has not
been turned on for 10-15 consecutive days, the battery will automatically go into sleep mode and
will need to be charged for about 3 seconds before the scooter can be turned on.
