wie vorhin erwähnt musst du den ehemaligen Besitzer kontaktieren, um die App zu nutzen. Weiteres bitte ich dich an dem Hersteller bzw. Entwickler der App zu kontaktieren, um dein aktuelles Problem zu beheben.
Leider muss ich dieses Thema schließen, da diese App im Screenshot von dir hier so nicht unterstützt wird.
Des Weiteren bitte hier im Forum ausschließlich auf Deutsch hier kommunizieren, da es sonst sehr schnell unübersichtlich wird. Gerne kannst du dafür einen Übersetzter nutzen - das würde uns vollkommen ausreichen.

as mentioned above, you must contact the previous owner to be able to use the app. In addition, I ask you to contact the manufacturer or developer of the app so that your current problems can be resolved.
I'm afraid I have to close this thread here due to the terms and conditions of the forum, as the app shown in the screenshot is unfortunately not supported here.
Finally, I would like to point out that the preferred language in this forum is only German, as it can quickly become confusing with many languages. You can use a translator for this - that's completely sufficient.
