Schritte:
  • DAS WICHTIGSTE!! Bevor du deinen Scooter entsperrst, musst du ihn in der Ninebot App entkoppeln. Andernfalls kannst du dich nicht mehr über die App mit dem Scooter verbinden, und der Scooter selbst wird nicht mehr mit dir zusammenarbeiten.

  • Entferne das VCU aus deinem Scooter. Diese Anleitung könnte hilfreich sein:

  • Verbinde das ST-Link mit dem VCU. Hier findest du ein Bild der SWD-Pins:

  • Lade ZT3Scripts.zip herunter. Entpacke das Archiv. Erstelle eine Kopie des RAM und dann des gesamten VCU-Speichers, verwende dafür die Skripte dump_ram.bat und dump_memory.bat. Wenn die Dateien RAM_ZT3Pro_dumped.bin und MEMORY_ZT3Pro.bin nicht im Ordner erscheinen, überprüfe die Verbindung zwischen VCU und ST-Link. Schau dir auch die Konsole der zuvor ausgeführten Skripte an, um zu sehen, ob seltsame Fehler aufgetreten sind.

  • Führe das Skript change_sn_to_us.bat aus. Es sollte eine Meldung zurückgeben, dass die Seriennummer erfolgreich geändert wurde, und die Datei MEMORY_ZT3Pro_modded.bin erstellen.

  • Führe das Skript flash_memory.bat aus. Wenn es die Information zurückgibt, dass der Speicher erfolgreich gelöscht und eine Datei in den Speicher geflasht wurde, kannst du das VCU wieder mit dem Scooter verbinden.

  • Binde den Scooter in der Ninebot App erneut an dein Konto. Nach dem gesamten Vorgang sollte der Scooter in der App 40 km/h als Höchstgeschwindigkeit einstellen können.

**Steps**:
1. **MOST IMPORTANT!!** Unbind your scooter from the Ninebot app before unlocking your scooter. Otherwise, you won't be able to connect to the scooter through the app, and the scooter itself will refuse to work with you.
2. Remove the VCU from your scooter. This guide may be helpful:

3. Connect the ST-Link to the VCU. You can find a picture of the SWD pins here:

4. Download `ZT3Scripts.zip`. Unzip the archive. Make a copy of the RAM and then the entire VCU memory, use the `dump_ram.bat` and `dump_memory.bat` scripts for this. If the `RAM_ZT3Pro_dumped.bin` and `MEMORY_ZT3Pro.bin` files did not appear in the folder, check the connection between VCU and ST-Link. Also take a look at the console of previously run scripts to see if any strange errors have appeared.
5. Run the `change_sn_to_us.bat` script. It should return a message that the serial number has been successfully changed and create the `MEMORY_ZT3Pro_modded.bin` file.
6. Run the `flash_memory.bat` script. If it returned information that the memory was successfully cleared and a file was flashed to memory, you can connect the VCU back to the scooter.
7. Rebind the scooter to your account in the Ninebot app. After the whole procedure, the scooter should be able to set 40km/h as the maximum speed in the app.

CHARLY 1997 hat das Dashboard mit kurzer Lieferzeit beim Aliexpress gefunden und getauscht, auch die Blinker funktionieren!
