Did someone from the police stop when their scooter was being tuned? And drive over 20 km / h? I wonder what the fine is.
 
there is no fixed fine in Germany for this, since this is a minor crime and the fee depends on decision of "Staatsanwaltschaft" or a judge.
 
Many thanks for the answer. The policeman told me not to worry and to go home on the scooter if I could manage to go 20 km / h. I'm a student and I have no idea what the result will be. That's why I'm a little worried. I just wanted to see if anyone had gone through this and what happened to their case. Many Thanks
