Segway max3 blocking after fell out

After I fell out, I make damage to my throttle . I have replaced throttle to another, but after that scooter does not working at all. I decide to take another controller from my friend and change it. But after I changed controller and throttle - something strange happens. Scooter does not move at all. Then I try to repair my old broken throttle and with my manually repaired throttle scooter became slowly rotate wheel (about 3 km/h). I have multimeter and oscilloscope and currently scooter is opened. What I need to measure and check to provide more details information? I want to detect current trouble. What I need to do? Can anybody help me?

Wenn der nur 3 km/h fährt, muss der möglicherweise nur aktiviert werden.
Versuch mal in der SHU App -> tools -> Utilities -> Command -> activate
