- config tab: split throttle and brake controls

- introduced expert mode switch
- added support for SHFW 3.7.0
- fixed connection to newer scooters such as G2
SHFW:
- added support for G2
- introduced overmodulation - this improves top speed with and without field weakening
- changed current scale from 1mA to 10mA (PLEASE READ THE DISCLAIMER)
- increase current slider range to 100A
- custom profile switch sequence
- shutdown of scooter now on hold, not on release
- added optional negative start speed
- changed display for power on dash from 100W to 10W
- improved driving safety by disabling cruise control on mode and profile switch
