For 120mm you need the 3 holes version. The xtech will be screwed directly through the adapter in the chassis.

PS. I'm guessing 4 holes version is more suitable for 110mm disk, right?

No, for 140 or 135. You need to move the brake more up then, which does the 4 hole version.
