M365 (Classic) fährt nicht mehr

You have the battery connector under the controller? It does not look like it is right? The wire goes under at the top?

Thank you sir yes installed it

And no problem for the delay can happen not your fault i would blame china for that.

So installed it new engine and all and you were right battery connector was under the controller.

So after i took a 10 minute ride i stopped for just looking at my data.

Did a restart and since then my m365 makes rattling sound when starting and breaking what could that be?
And its very weak on slow speeds doesnt even move before i shut it down the power was enormous

Glaube das wäre hilfreich gewesen bin auf 750watt gegangen nach einer kurzen test fährt hat der scooter ein ratterndes geräusch beim anfahren und bremsen

War bevor ich ihn abgeschaltet habe nicht so......

Was könnte das sein?

Jawohl war das erste und dasmal nur 750w peak
Normal 500w ich muss schauen evtl ist nur ein stecker rausgeflogen
Hätte evtl nur die kurze route nehmen sollen

Edit: 350w motor
100v reinforced controller und anstatt voll übertrieben 1200w nur 750w
Darum frage ich mich jetzt motor oder stecker?
 
Edit problem gefunden einer der stecker die Olli_69 Olli_69 erwähnt hat ist rausgeflogen währen der fahrt.
Da ich 2 motoren habe aber bei dem einten die (klammern) fehlen am ende würde ich denn gerne auch wieder in ordnung bringen welches teil brauche ich da?

Is blue green yellow. Yellow by big cap, green/brown middle, blue near white connectors

You are best using pliers to squeeze them tight on the controller

Yep its the yellow blue green but i got a spare engine left and the end of the cables are missing so i would like to have a backup engine but dont know what i need for the end of the cable

best option is to solder the wire to the controller but very carefully not to get solder anywhere else

Fazit nach 10 tagen

Mein xiaomi m365 lief perfekt wahr noch nie so zufrieden

Heute bin ich aber leider in platzregen gekommen seit dem
Zeigt die app fehlercode 11 an....

Hab mich dann für 1 stunde mal damit beschäftigt in unterstand zu sitzen und warten

Nach einer stunden und anschieben lief der scooter wieder einwandfrei.

Wollte dann nur noch nachhause also bin ich los gefahren und naja nach 2 kilometer und einer vollbremsung mit 44% akku ging alles aus und seit dem ist nichts mehr zu tun ausser bei etwa 20-30 km/h schaltet sich der scooter an piept aber einfach keine reaktion

Jemand eine idee was da passiert ist?

Batterie auch einfach trocknen lassen oder was soll ich tuen?
 
Ist mir auch schon passiert. Hatte abwechselnd Fehlercode 11 und 12 und später dann 21. Roller aufgeschraubt und war von innen nass. Getrocknet und am Ende funktionierte alles wieder, außer das Rücklicht. Ging dann nur noch mit Wechsel des Controllers wieder. Seitdem habe ich vorne und hinten etwas dicht vor dem anschrauben aufgetragen.

Result after 10 days

My xiaomi m365 ran perfectly true never so satisfied

Unfortunately, I got caught in a downpour today
Does the app show error code 11....

Then I kept myself busy for 1 hour sitting in the shelter and waiting

After an hour and pushing, the scooter ran perfectly again.

Then I just wanted to go home so I drove off and well after 2 kilometers and an emergency stop with 44% battery everything went out and since then there is nothing to do except at about 20-30 km/h the scooter switches on but just beeps no reaction

Anyone have an idea what happened there?

Have now even removed the board was damp

Just let the battery dry or what should I do?

Dry it and clean with isopropyl alcohol. Don't leave it damp to dry it will corrode and the traces will break and never recover.

Did dry it immediately
No corrosion sign seen i think its the bms thats faulty but will need to check later

So habe alles geprüft getrocknet

Bms kann ich noch nicht ausschliessen da ich angst habe mit spannung usw zu arbeiten.

Was ich aber beobachtet habe war das aus dem motor wasser kam???

Gemacht aber controller ist wie neu bild schicke ich heute noch

Problem besteht weiterhin

Ich kann denn nicht einschalten bin jetzt oben an dem on knopf an arbeiten evtl ist der ja das problem das wasser aus dem motor läuft ist mir aber neu.
War keine pfütze und sonst nichts
