RP ✔️ MiDu-Flasher 🔌 ST-Link Downgrade & Unbrick

MiDu Flasher kann Controller Brick Version 3.0 reparieren? Wenn möglich, was wären die zu befolgenden Schritte?
In der aktuellen Version 1.0.5 wird erstmal "nur" das Dashboard unterstützt.
Für den controller bitte aktuell noch das Script von CamiAlfa nutzen.
 
Schritt 3
Kontakte reinigen.
Die 3 Kontakte an dem Dashboard sind teilweise mit einer Art Klarlack versiegelt.

Für bessere Konnektivität muss dieser Lack vorher runter.
Dazu am besten mit einem Brillenputztuch, oder anderer alkoholischen Lösung sorgfältig reinigen.
⚠️Achtung!
Der Scooter sollte dazu ausgeschaltet sein.
Er darf erst wieder eingeschaltet werden wenn die Reinigungsflüssigkeit komplett verdunstet ist.

Halle Leute
Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen sich einen ST-Link V2 zu gönnen (auch wenn er im Moment nicht gebraucht wird).
Eventuell auf das Downgrade Kit von VooDooShamane zurückgreifen (Post 2 in diesem Thread).

Warum schreibe ich das?
Also es ist was ganz komisches passiert, gestern Abend fing mein Pro 2 damit an sich selbständig ein/auszuschalten (mal mit Licht, mal ohne).
Ausschalten am Button oder via SHU App brachte nix, nach ein paar Minuten ging es wieder los.

Hab dann versucht über erneutes FW flashen den Fehler zu beheben:
  • von BLE 1.3.6 auf BLE 1.3.4
  • von BMS 1.4.1 auf BMS 1.2.8
  • von SHFW 0.2.5 auf DRV 2.4.7 dann auf DRV 2.3.6 und dann auf DRV 2.2.3
Alles ohne Erfolg hab dann nach stundenlangen Flashversuchen und RP Foren lesen frustriert aufgegeben, den Akkudeckel abgeschraubt und den Akku vom Controller getrennt. 🤬

Und jetzt kommts, heute morgen -> Akku wieder anschließen - Scooter schaltet sich wieder von selbst ein und aus.
Kann den Scooter zwar mit der SHU App verbinden, aber alles ist weg, alle FW Versionen 0.0.0 -> Seriennummer n/a -> ESC Region n/a.

Flashen von FW via SHU App nicht möglich da keine DRV gefunden wurde.

ST-Link v2 rausgekramt und mal das Dashboard mit ner BLE 1.3.6 geflasht.
Ergebnis: es lässt sich keine DRV flashen, SHU App stürzt ab wenn ich Change Region zwecks Eingabe meiner Original SN anklicke. Boah... *Grml*
RP Forum durchstöbern (Controller - ST-Link), diesen Thread durchgelesen (naja, eigentlich schon fast auswendig gelernt). 😅
Dabei bin ich auf den ReFlasher von den SHU Jungs gekommen.
Controller ausgebaut, St-Link angelötet und den Reflasher gestartet.
Nach wenigen Sekunden war der fertig und ich hab en Controller mal provisorisch angeschlossen und den Scooter gestartet - PERFEKTO - alles passt. 🤩😍🤩

Alle FW's haben Versionsnummern, SN und ESC Region stimmt auch wieder.
SHU App gestartet - flashen der SHFW funktioniert wieder.

Ich frage mich wirklich wie es zu diesem Fehlerbild gekommen ist (bin ja gestern noch den ganzen Tag gefahren).
Also wie Anfangs erwähnt, besorgt euch vorsorglich nen St-Link v2 und setzt euch mit der Materie etwas auseinander (Links am besten gleich speichern).
Danke an die RP Community - ohne dieses Forum wäre ich wohl angestanden.

Achja, und das wichtigste - das selbstständige Ein/Ausschalten ist auch weg.

Check dein Kabel welches vom Dashboard durch die lenksäule zum controller geht.
Eventuell hat auch der Stecker einen Wackelkontakt und jetzt scheint der Fehler temporär behoben.
Weil du zum st-link flashen des controller diesen aus und wieder eingebaut hast.

Jedoch hatte ich das Kabel überprüft und hatte sogar ein neues eingebaut - Fehler blieb trotzdem.
Ebenso hatte ich das Dashboard auf kalte Lötstellen geprüft - da war auch alles in Ordnung.
Sehr seltsam das ganze (vor allem das heute morgen keinerlei FW vorhanden war).

Nachdem ich nun ein paar Wochen mit dem originalen Xiaomi 1S Scooter (neuer Controller V3.1, neueste Firmware, daher bereits von Hause "gesperrt") rumgefahren bin, hatte ich heute endlich mal etwas Zeit und habe mich doch mal etwas mehr mit der Thematik beschäftigt. ST-Link hatte ich auch schon seit ein paar Tagen hier liegen.

Ursprunglich wollte ich nur den Controller per ST-Link neu flashen, aber dann habe ich noch die Dashboard-Entsperr-Methode hier gefunden, um dann wieder bequem CFW (VLT oder NextGen, da V3.1) installieren zu können.

Bin eigentlich ein Freund vom Löten, aber habe mich dann der Einfachheit halber mal an der simplen Ranhalten-Variante versucht (ohne Cutten der Kondensatoren) und es lief alles auf Anhieb. Danach fix VLT-Firmware erzeugt, geflasht und läuft.

Von daher wollte ich auf diesem Wege nur mal ein großes Dankeschön an Euch für die super Arbeit (Anleitungen, Tools, Support, Seiten zum Firmware anpassen etc.) loswerden!

PS: Hab auf Anhieb nichts gefunden, aber wenn es irgendwo eine Spendenkasse für das ein oder andere kühle Getränk gibt, lasst es mich wissen. Ich bin selber in der Software-Entwicklung tätig (allerdings für die vierrädrigen Fortbewegungsmittel ;) ) und weiß daher, dass das hier nicht einfach so vom Himmel fällt und viel Arbeit (und damit investierte und unbezahlte Freizeit) bedeutet. :)

Hallo, ich habe den Selben. könnte man den sich mit löten vorbereiten ? und wenn man flashen will, den einfach einbauen also mit dem orginalen tauschen.

Bei dem grünen Clone Dashboard (MO-2BLE1--v.2.22) ist es nicht zwingend nötig den ST Link anzulöten um eine neue BLE zu flashen.
Es sollte reichen den Clone einzubauen um dann via Bluetooth die Custom Firmware (DRV, CRW, SHFW usw.) zu flashen.
Nach dem Flashvorgang wieder das Original Dashboard einbauen.
Ich würde jedoch empfehlen beim Original Dashboard die BLE via ST Link downzugraden.
Denn es wäre nervig bei jedem mal flashen das Dashboard zu tauschen (zudem hält irgendwann die Abdeckung nicht mehr und für die Kabel ist es auch suboptimal).

Hallo in die Runde.
Nachdem ich nun meinen ST-Link habe, habe ich mich am Midu Flasher versucht....


Xiamoi Mi Pro 2
DRV248 - BLE157 - BMS141 bereits drauf.
Controller 3.1 und
Mikrocontroller GD32E103CBT6
Nachdem der ST Link erfolgreich "connected" war, bekam ich folgende Fehlermeldung: "no bld-id found"

Ich wollte nun versuchen den Pro2 wieder per Mi Home App aus der Sperre zu bekommen. Jedoch wird er weder in der App erkannt, noch kann ich ihn aus oder anschalten.... Somit kann ich ihn auch nicht aktivieren... :(

Du musst dringend etwas für eine bessere Verbindung tun.
Zeig mal bitte ein Bild von deinem Stecker und den Kontakten am Dashboard.

Um eine Verbindung via Bluetooth zu bekommen:
  • Akku ab ziehen
  • 1-2 Minuen warten
  • Akku an stecken

Dein Stecker ist nicht gleichmäßig genug.
Alle 3 pins müssen die gleiche Länge haben.
Die musst du erst anpassen.
Dann am besten den Stecker in einem 45 grad Winkel vorsichtig mit dem Daumen rauf drücken.
Wenn es partu nichts werden sollte, schick mir ne PN.
Dann flashe ich dir das.
